Dr. Catherine Prentice
Catherine Prentice, Director of APAGS, is an Associate Professor of Marketing at Griffith University, Australia. Prior to her academic career, Catherine had worked in various industries as a business owner and as a corporate senior executive. Since her commencement in academia, Catherine has published extensively in top tier marketing, tourism and hospitality journals. Her main research interests include services marketing, relationship marketing, consumer behaviours, service innovation, emotional intelligence, gambling studies with a focus on tourism and hospitality industries. She is currently an editorial board member of Journal of Business Research, Australasian Marketing Journal, International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, Tourism Review, International Journal of Tourism Anthropology, and Journal of Gambling and Commercial Gaming Research. Her research interests include: services marketing and innovation, relationship marketing, gambling studies, emotional intelligence, tourism and hospitality research.
