Dr. L.C. Koo

Dr. L.C. Koo is an academic and business practitioner experienced in quality management, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and management action research in gaming. He received his doctorate from Hong Kong University in 1994. He has been a visiting professor at Beijing Normal University, Macau University of Science and Technology, and City University of Macau. He has also served on numerous government committees and as the Assistant Director of the Macau Gaming Research Association. He has served as the member of the Editorial Advisory Board of the International Journal of Contemporary Hospitality Management, a Review Editor for The TQM Magazine, and Editor of Macau Gaming Journal.
